Ferm B.V. takes over Günther Böhler GmbH

 

 
As from 1 March 2006 Ferm B.V. has taken over the German company Günther Böhler GmbH.

Company Günther Böhler GmbH in Denzlingen is a family business of origin, managed by
Mr. Daniel Böhler. Main activity of Böhler is the production of mini tools and selling these to model makers in Europe. Next to this the company develops innovative products for in particular the DIY market, which are sold among others in the U.S.A. and Canada. The innovation power of Böhler is especially based on developing new products, with a high added value for the DIY-

This take-over is a clear complement to the strategic target of Ferm for the coming years:
